Tuition

Tuition is based on the full dance season (September–June) and is divided into ten equal monthly payments for your convenience.

Each class is guaranteed a minimum of 32 instructional classes throughout the dance season.

Monthly tuition remains the same each month regardless of the number of classes scheduled in that particular month. Scheduled closures, including Winter Break, Spring Break, statutory holidays, and studio-wide breaks are already reflected in tuition calculations.

Multi-Class Savings

Families enrolled in multiple classes receive discounted tuition through our tiered pricing structure. Tuition is based on a dancer's total weekly class time rather than being charged separately for each class, making it more affordable to explore multiple styles of dance.

For example, one 30-minute class per week would be $48/month, or two 30-minute classes per week would be discounted to $70/month.

Registration Fee

A non-refundable annual registration fee of $30 per student is due upon registration.

Costumes & Performance

All dancers participate in our year-end recital.

Costume fees are billed separately from tuition and are $85 per class for recreational dancers.

A costume deposit of $50.00 per class will be charged on November 1st, with the remaining balance due when costumes arrive. Please remember, if your child is in multiple classes, there will be multiple costume fees.

Uniform

Students are required to wear the appropriate class uniform for their age and level. Uniform information will be provided upon registration and must be purchased through The Ballet Room.

Missed Classes

Missed classes are not eligible for refunds, credits, or make-up classes.

Tuition reserves your dancer’s place in class for the full season.

Withdrawal Policy

Thirty (30) days written notice is required to withdraw from classes. Tuition remains due during the notice period.

Registration fees and costume deposits are non-refundable.

Payment Information

Tuition is automatically processed through our Parent Portal on the first of each month.
